Leah Da Gloria — Ready-to-Wear Returns Policy

This policy applies to ready-to-wear purchases made through the Leah Da Gloria online store. It does not apply to bridal, couture, custom or pre-order pieces, which are governed by separate terms.

A note on fit before you order

Our ready-to-wear is designed with limited stretch, and several styles feature internal corsetry and structured construction. As a result, our sizing runs smaller than standard. We strongly recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our size guide before purchasing. If you're unsure, we'd love to help — you can book a complimentary in-person styling appointment (45 minutes) or a virtual fit consultation over Zoom (15 minutes) before you buy.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel exceptional in every piece. If something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced ready-to-wear items, subject to the conditions below.

• Returns and exchanges must be lodged through our online returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and intact, and in their original condition.
• Exchanges are offered free of charge, subject to availability. As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee or hold stock for exchange. If your exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend lodging a return for refund and placing a new order.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less original and return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.
• Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. You'll receive email confirmation at each stage.

Final sale

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit unless deemed faulty or as required by law.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] before returning it. Items confirmed as faulty will be refunded in full, including shipping.

A note on fairness

We monitor returns to protect the integrity of our small-batch collections. Returns that fall outside this policy, or that show signs of wear, alteration or removed tags, may be declined and returned to you. Repeated or excessive returns may be refused at our discretion.
