Returns and Exchnages
Made to Order – Bohéme Collection
Your gown is made especially for you to the closest standard Australian size according to our size chart (provided on our website). As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. We request that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to confirming your order. Should you wish to change your gown, you are able to do so prior to your order being confirmed by head office. You will be required to pay the difference in price. All gowns undergo professional quality control to ensure fabrics and construction are of the highest quality. We highly recommend trying on your gown as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event you have any concerns regarding your gown you must contact us at questions@leahdagloria.com or call 02 8068 6531 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your gown is made to the closest standard Australian size. You may wish to alter your gown to achieve your desired fit. All costs associated with alterations will be at your expense. If your measurements change from the time of confirming your order, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred.

We request that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to confirming your order, as we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations required, unless in the unlikely event of a genuine fault.
Should you wish to change your gown, you are able to do so prior to your order being confirmed by head office. You will be required to pay the difference in price. All gowns undergo professional quality control to ensure fabrics and construction are of the highest quality. We highly recommend trying on your gown as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely event you have concerns regarding the fit of your gown you must contact us at questions@leahdagloria.com or call 02 8068 6531 within 7 days of receiving your order, you will need to provide updated measurements and images before returning the gown.
Resort
You may return or exchange (where available) your Leah Da Gloria Online Store Resort purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Once the tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Leah Da Gloria Online store does not have a store front, as such items are unable to be returned in person and must be sent via mail or courier.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

Where to send your return
For all returns, please either use a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us.
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL and return your items to;

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Leah Da Gloria Pty Ltd and its related companies (Leah Da Gloria, we, us, our) is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Returns in Person
Please note, we are unable to accept Online Store returns in person to our Couture Studio.
